Drivers Fled From Back-To-Back Crashes On I-95, 1 Missing: PA State Police A driver is missing after one multi-car crash led to another on Interstate 95 on Monday morning, according to state police.  It began when a 2014 Honda Pilot struck the rear of a PepsiCo. tractor-trailer while changing lanes without enough clearance on I-95 North in Chester City, Delaware County, just before 6 a.m. on Nov. 20, troopers detailed.  When troopers arrived, they found the tractor-trailer on fire and the Honda Pilot abandoned. Tributes Pour In For Beloved PA Motorcyclist Killed In Crash At 30 James "Jimmy" Apgar III, a Monroe County man, has died following a motorcycle accident in Palmerton on Saturday, June 24, his loved ones said in his obituary. He was 30.  Apgar, of Kunkletown, crashed after losing control of his motorcycle, Fox56 reported, citing the Carbon County Coroner's Office.  Born in Allentown to James A., Jr. and Georgeanne R.
