Officers were patrolling near Gap Newport Pike and Newark Road when they saw a dark-colored Kia driving erratically, authorities wrote.  The car was traveling "at a high rate of speed" when, at Newark Road's intersection with Baltimore Pike, the vehicle "went airborne," police said.
