Chester County Construction Worker Dies On Jobsite In West Philadelphia Union colleagues are passing the hat for Matthew Holloran, who died on a job site last Wednesday, May 8.  "Matt passed away while working on a construction site in West Philadelphia," wrote fellow Insulators Union member Maria Pfrommer on GoFundMe.  "This is a tragedy that hits too close to home, a stark reminder of the dangers our brothers and sisters face every day on construction sites nationwide and just how short life is."
