Downingtown Police Investigating Possible Child Luring Incident Police are investigating after a woman allegedly attempted to lure a Downingtown Area School District student. The child reported being approached by an adult while standing at a bus stop on Mary Street around 7:15 a.m. Tuesday, according to school district officials and Downingtown police. The adult was described as a white woman with brown hair and missing teeth, police said. She was reportedly driving a small white sedan. The make and model were not immediately known.
