Manheim Man Goes For Naked Stroll In Penn Township, Police Say A 50-year-old man was found walking naked in Manheim, PennTownship on Saturday, according to a police release on Jan. 29. Michael David Braungard, a Manheim local, was seen by passersby who called the police and "reported [a] naked male walking in the roadway," as stated in the release by the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department.  NLCRPD officers arrived at the first block of Doe Run Road on Jan. 27 and found Braungard as described.
