Allentown Police Lieutenant Justified In Nightclub Shooting, DA Says
An Allentown police lieutenant was found justified in the shooting of a man armed with a "ghost gun" earlier this year, multiple news outlets say citing a press release from the Lehigh County District Attorney's Office. Lt. Daniel Gross will face no criminal charges stemming from the June 12 incident near an American Parkway nightclub, according to a statement from Lehigh County District Attorney Jim Martin.
