DNA On Tie-Dye Towel Links PA Man To Assault Of Family Member, Police Say A 38-year-old man has been charged after a towel linked him to months of sexual assaults with a young family member, police announced on Monday, Oct. 23.  Around 11:40 a.m. on May 21, 2023, a girl under the age of 16 and her mom reached out to the Lower Allen Township Police Department to inform them "that a family member, John Heinrich George II, had been sexually assaulting her for the last two months," as stated in the release.  The incidents happened in Camp Hill beginning on March 2, 2023, according to court documents.  During the girl's meeting with the police she "rev…

Missing California Teen Spotted In Central PA, Police Say A California girl has been seen in central Pennsylvania and police are asking the public to keep an eye out for her.  The Lower Allen Township Police Department learned that 17-year-old Jasmine Davis was in the Mechanicsburg area after speaking with a Lancaster County Children and Youth employee around 3 p.m. on Monday, March 20, 2023.  Davis has been missing from her Simi Valley, CA home since Feb. 24, according to the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children. Roscoe N. Roy, Jr. is facing charges of rape, aggravated indecent assault and strangulation, authorities in Lower Allen Township Police Department said. Roy became the center of the investigation in 2019, when the child reported the incidents to the UPMC Child Advocacy Center, Fox43 reports.
