Third Victim Killed In White House Lightning Strike Was LA Bank Employee, 29, On Business Trip
A 29-year-old Los Angeles bank employee in Washington DC for business has been identified as the third person to die after being struck by lightning this week near the White House, his employer announced. Brooks A. Lambertson, along with James Mueller, 76, and Donna Mueller, 75, of Janesville, Wisconsin, also died after the three were struck Thursday, Aug. 4 directly outside of the White House complex, DC police said Friday. PA Dad Of 15 Dies Two Days After Struck By Lightning
A Pennsylvania father of 15 children, including his foster and adoptive children, has died two days after he was struck by lightning, according to his family. Daryl Ray Lewis, 50, of Dravosburg formerly of Clairton, was struck while repairing his rig that had broken down during a Walshak Trucking of Pittsburgh job in Medina, Ohio on July 6, according to his obituary and a GoFundMe campaign started for the family. A house was struck by lightning in Montgomery County, officials confirmed. Monday afternoon was just another work day for South Seaside Park guard Keith Pinto, who sat in the lifeguard chair under clear skies surrounded by his colleagues and beach goers. Army Vet Struck Dead By Lighting While Playing Golf In Pennsylvania
Severe weather has claimed the life of a Pennsylvania man, who was struck by lightning during a round of golf. Joseph Slivinski, 71, of Lackawanna County, was struck by lightning while playing golf on Friday at Pine Hills Golf Course, according to the county coroner.
