Lehigh Neighbors Called Her 'Karen,' Now She's Charged With Making Terroristic Threats: PSP A Lehigh Valley woman is charged with making terroristic threats after an argument that began when a group of neighbors called her a "Karen," according to state police.  It happened in North Whitehall Township on April 25 around 6 p.m., troopers wrote in a release.
