Allentown Driver Arrested After Hamilton Street Bridge Shooting Leads To Chase: Police A 24-year-old Allentown man who opened fire on the Hamilton Street Bridge led police on a chase early Friday, June 3, authorities said. Officers were on patrol on Front and Hamilton Streets around 2:20 a.m., when they saw shots coming from Joseph Castro's vehicle on the bridge, they said. When officers tried to stop him, he fled, leading them on a chase, Allentown police said. When Castro finally stopped, he got out of the vehicle and fled on foot, tossing a handgun in the process, police said.
