Chesco Man Missing In Lancaster: State Police
State police are searching for 59-year-old Thomas Caldwell, who hasn't been seen since Sunday, Jan. 22. Troopers say Caldwell, of East Nottingham Township, was last spotted on the 2600 block of Robert Fulton Highway in Fulton Township, Lancaster County. At the time, he was wearing a black sweatshirt and a dark-colored ballcap. Caldwell is described as 5-foot-10 and 230 pounds with grey hair. In addition to East Nottingham and Fulton townships, he has ties to the state of Maryland, state police said. Anyone with information is urged to call PSP's Avondale Station at 610-26…
