Lehigh Valley Woman Hit And Scratched Officers, Police Say A Lehigh Valley woman is accused of "striking" and scratching police officers during her arrest.  It happened in Forks on Thursday, June 15, township police wrote in a statement. Officers were called to the 2600 block of Lower Way for reports of a "physical altercation inside a vehicle," the department said.  Responding officers ordered a passenger, 18-year-old Makayla E.
