Lehigh Valley Woman Hit And Scratched Officers, Police Say A Lehigh Valley woman is accused of "striking" and scratching police officers during her arrest.  It happened in Forks on Thursday, June 15, township police wrote in a statement. Officers were called to the 2600 block of Lower Way for reports of a "physical altercation inside a vehicle," the department said.  Responding officers ordered a passenger, 18-year-old Makayla E. Blue, to exit the vehicle. Police claim Blue refused, and said she "began to strike and scratch officers" as they "removed her from the passenger side of the vehicle."
