Chester PD: Ex-Con Who Led Pursuit Busted With Drugs, Handgun A Chester City ex-con who led a police pursuit Tuesday was busted with drugs and a handgun, authorities said. As a traffic stop was ordered for a black 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt after police noticed it had an expired registration plate, the passenger, Shawn Robertson Jr., got out of the car and fled on foot near Edgemont Avenue, City of Chester police said.
