Philadelphia Mom Shot In Head, Killed Coming Home From Work: 'Never Stopped Smiling' The Philadelphia woman who was shot and killed on West Norris Street last week was a hard-working mother of two, her children say.  Forty-two-year-old Laura Abrams had a gunshot wound to the head when police found her before sunrise on Wednesday, Nov. 22, Daily Voice reported.
