Shalika Shelton, 30, and her daughter Cartier Jackson were last seen around 3 p.m. on Sunday, June 19 on the 800 block of East Lincoln Highway in Coatesville, local police said. A 17-year-old girl sustained non-life-threatening injuries after being struck by the driver on June 11 at approximately 2 a.m. in the 600 block of East Lincoln Highway, according to the City of Coatesville Police Department.
