Wanted: Bensalem Man Who Used Facebook To Solicit Sex From Child, Police Say A man who used Facebook to try and get nudes and met for sex acts with a child is sought by Lower Southampton police. Lawrence W. Kramer is accused of soliciting explicit pictures and sex acts from a 13-year-old child through Facebook in November, the department detailed in the release.  He initially cooperated with investigators but disappeared after a warrant was issued for his arrest, police explained. Philly Man Trafficked Guns In Montco, DA Says A Philadelphia man faces multiple felony charges after police say he trafficked guns throughout Montgomery County over the last two years.  Kareem Reed, 23, was arrested Monday, Dec. 5, and held at the county lockup in lieu of a $99,000 bail bond, said District Attorney Kevin R.
