Video Captures 'Alleged Illegal Activity' That Left Reading Parking Authority Employee Jobless A Reading Parking Authority employee has been fired after a social media video appearing to show "illegal activity taking place" in a company vehicle made its way across the internet, management said.  The video, uploaded by a Facebook user late on Sunday, May 14, appears to show two people sitting in a parked RPA car.
