Little, 38, was stopped in the right westbound lane in Clay Township around 2 a.m. on Thursday, April 11, when she was struck by a tractor trailer, police said in a news release. The tractor-trailer was going 65 mph when it struck Little's Mercedes-Benz and flipped the car on its passenger side, troopers said. Little, of Harrisburg, was pronounced dead at the scene. Rebecca Heebner was stuck in her 2005 Toyota Scion after she was struck by Glen Horning, who was driving a 2005 Peterbilt dump truck, owned by Martin Paving, according to the NLCRPD. A 14-year-old has been charged with sexually assaulting family pets and a sibling, authorities say.  The unnamed Clay Township teen was charged and taken into custody on Thursday, Jan. 26, 2023, around 2:27 p.m., according to a release the following day by the Northern Lancaster County Regional police department.  "The juvenile offender was lodged in secure holding for further evaluation.
