New details are emerging in the escape of a 17-year-old murder suspect from police custody in Philadelphia on Wednesday, Jan. 24. Shane Pryor, who was in custody on a 2020 murder charge, slipped past his police escort while being taken to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) just before noon, Marshals said. Five minutes later he was recorded on video in the lobby of the CHOP Hub for Clinical Collaboration building.
