Police, fire, and EMS crews were called to Lumber Street and North 1st Avenue around 1:25 p.m. Friday, Aug. 26, a spokeswoman with the Chester County Department of Emergency Services told Daily Voice. The motorcycle collided with an SUV at the intersection of West Uwchlan Avenue (Route 113) and Whitford Hills Road just before 5 p.m., Uwchlan Township police said. State Police: Teen Boy's Suicide Closes Route 322 In Downington The death of a 17-year-old boy closed Route 322 Monday in Downington (Chester County), Pennsylvania State Police said. PA State Trooper Kevin Kochka told Daily Voice the boy committed suicide.  Sources with direct knowledge of the incident told Daily Voice that the boy jumped off the bridge and died.
