Repeat Child Rapist Heads To Prison In PA: DA A Richland Township man convicted of sexually assaulting a child will spend up to the next two decades in prison, a Bucks County judge has ruled.  Alex M. Soderback, 26, previously entered a guilty plea to charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a victim under 13 and rape of a child in May, said the Bucks District Attorney's Office.  Common Pleas Judge Charissa J.
