A Delaware County shopper stopped by a corner store this week and left a millionaire, according to Pennsylvania Lottery officials. Montgomery County officials are investigating a case of measles in the area. The patient is an unvaccinated child, and the Office of Public Health is conducting contact tracing "in coordination with (...) the child’s guardian," authorities said in a release Friday, July 28.
