West Chester PD Seek Driver In Hit-Run Crash West Chester police are seeking the public's help identifying a driver who they say is responsible for a hit-and-run crash over the weekend. Officers are looking to locate the owner or driver of a black Hyundai who fled the scene of a crash on the 50 block of Prince Street around 7:45 p.m. Saturday, according to West Chester police. Police described the driver as a white female. If anyone has information about the driver's identity they are encouraged to contact Officer Ferriola at the West Chester Police Department at (610)-696-2700.
