Escaped Missouri Inmate Captured By Marshals In Chester County Authorities have arrested an escaped inmate in Chester County for the second time this month.  Mario Che-Tiul was taken into custody by US Marshals on Gap Newport Pike in Avondale on Thursday, Sept. 21, according to the Barry County, Missouri Sheriff's Office.  Che-Tiul, 34, escaped from a prison in the county after assaulting two corrections officers on June 1, the Sheriff's Office previously said. He was one of six inmates to escape and the final one to be caught, said US Marshals. Che-Tiul was serving a sentence for charges of molestation and incest according to CBS News, and …
