Family Killed, Carbon Monoxide Possible Cause, Philadelphia Police Say A family of three is suspected to have been killed by carbon monoxide in Philadelphia, police said. Firefighters and police officers were called to perform a wellness check on the family in a home on the 4000 block of Ashburner Street at 12:53 p.m. on Feb. 15, according to a PPD. They found a 47-year-old mom, the 56-year-old dad, and their 12-year-old daughter unresponsive, city police detailed in the release.
