Authorities said the suspects approached residents at the Parkesedge Elderly Apartments claiming to work for the electrical company on Thursday, March 21. They were described as one white man and two black men, according to police.
Investigators said the trio left in a white sedan, possibly a BMW, with dark-tinted windows.
