James Shulski Charged In Teen's Hit-Run Death: Bensalem PD Six months after a 14-year-old was hit and killed crossing Street Road in Bensalem, police say they caught the driver who fled the scene.  James Shulski, 35, of Trevose, surrendered to Bensalem police on Tuesday, Jan. 23, authorities said in a release.  Investigators say the teen victim was struck near the Route 1 overpass around 10:15 p.m. on July 6. Bucks Fire Crews Beat Back Early Morning Blaze At Mobile Home Park Bucks County firefighters spent the early morning hours on Friday, May 12 extinguishing a house fire at a Lower Southampton trailer park.  Crews were called just before 3 a.m. to the Eastern Dawn Mobile Home Park, 2304 Brownsville Road in Feasterville-Trevose, said Lower Southampton Fire Department.  They arrived to find fire coming from the roof of a home. Ex-Philly Corrections Officer Straw Purchased, Resold Firearms On Social Media, DA Says A former Philadelphia corrections officer was arrested for straw purchasing and illegally reselling five firearms — two of which have been recovered by police, authorities said. Amanda Barr, 37, of Trevose, was investigated after two of the guns she bought were discovered in the possession of felons – people who are not legally allowed to buy or carry a firearm, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R.
