Mom, Teen Daughter, Soccer Player Among Victims Killed In Route 33 Crash
A 40-year-old Pennsylvania mom, her 14-year-old daughter and a 25-year-old former soccer player were identified as the victims killed in a Route 33 Wednesday, March 1, loved ones say. Samantha Crich and her daughter, Elizabeth, were coming home from a doctor's visit when they were struck by an out-of-control tractor trailer around 11 a.m., according to a GoFundMe campaign and Pennsylvania State Police. 3 Dead In 5-Vehicle Crash On Route 33: State Police
Three people were killed in a crash that began with an out-of-control tractor trailer on Route 33 in Monroe County Wednesday, March 1, Pennsylvania State Police said. The southbound trailer lost control and ended up in the northbound lanes, where it struck another tractor trailer and three other vehicles head-on, around 11 a.m. near the Saylorsburg exit, police said in a statement. A driver and front-seat passenger were pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver of another vehicle was pronounced dead at the hospital. The highway was closed for several hours.

Jackknifed Tractor-Trailer Leaking Fuel Shuts Down Route 78
A jackknifed tractor-trailer and resulting fuel spill shut down Route 78 in Hunterdon County early Tuesday morning, authorities said. The trailer jackknifed in the eastbound lanes east of Exit 7 and Route 173 in Bethlehem Township around 12:35 a.m., according to the Pattenburg Volunteer Fire Company and 511NJ. All three lanes were closed for more than two hours for the cleanup, causing a 15 to 20 minute delay, authorities said. Mom, Daughters Injured In I-95 Philly Crash, Report Says
A mom and her two daughters were left injured after a crash on I-95 Monday, CBS3 reports. Around 12:30 a.m., the family was driving west on Bridge Street, attempting to turn onto the I-95 ramp, when a tractor-trailer crashed into the car, according to the news outlet. One of the daughters was airlifted to a nearby hospital in critical condition, while the other daughter and her mother were treated for minor injuries, the outlet says. Tractor-Trailer Driver Loses Control, Hits Cars In Reading
The driver of a tractor-trailer lost control while driving down a street in Reading (Berks County) Monday afternoon, authorities said. When crews arrived, they confirmed that a tractor-trailer hauling gas cylinders hit several parked cars in the 1200 block of Schuylkill Avenue, according to the Reading Fire Department. Fortunately, there were no injuries to the driver or any bystanders. No further information was available.

Fiery Tractor-Trailer Crash Closes Route 663
Route 663 was closed Monday in Bucks County following an early-morning fiery crash that involving an overturned tractor-trailer and one other vehicle. The tractor trailer apparently hit the guardrail and collided with another car that landed in the medium at Hickory Drive around 5:45 a.m., eyewitness Ashleigh Gribble Simmons told Daily Voice. 4-Car, Tractor Trailer Crash Jams Route 422
A four-car crash involving a tractor-trailer jammed the westbound side of Route 422 in Montgomery County Thursday afternoon. The trailer reportedly went through a guardrail and into the eastbound lanes around 2:50 p.m. near mile marker 170 in Limerick Township, reports show. The trailer was apparently blocking both sides of the highway, according to initial reports. A sedan and two other cars were also involved, according Pennsylvania State Trooper William Butler.
