Man, Woman Ambushed By Gunfire In Philadelphia: Police Two people are injured — one critically — after being shot on a Philadelphia street late on Sunday, June 25, city police told Daily Voice.  It happened in Strawberry Mansion, on the 2700 block of North Dover Street, the department said. Officers were called for reported gunfire at around 9:30 p.m.  They arrived to find a 30-year-old woman sitting in a Chevrolet with a gunshot wound to her back, police said. Philly Firefighter From MontCo Dies Of Cancer After 18 Years Of Service Beloved husband, dad, and Philadelphia firefighter Jeffrey DiDomenico died Saturday, Dec. 17 following a long fight with cancer, according to his obituary.
