The body of Edward Anthony Nece, whose father lives in Riverside, NJ was identified through DNA samples, Bensalem police announced Monday, Feb. 19. Nece's body was found by fisherman on Oct. 19, 2003, in a drainage area on the Yellow Freight property located at 2627 State Road. Bensalem Police Seek Hit-Run Driver Who Left Pedestrian In Critical Condition Police in Bucks County were looking for a driver who took off after hitting a pedestrian over the weekend in Bensalem. A person was seriously injured when they were struck at the intersection of Knights Road and Dunksferry Road just before 9 p.m. Saturday, Bensalem police said. The driver continued on toward Street Road, turning right onto Street Road, then onto State Road, passing through Croydon and Bristol, police said. Remains Found In Bensalem In 1988 ID's As Missing Pregnant Teen Lisa Todd An ongoing investigation determined that skeletal remains found at the old Publicker Distillery in Bensalem in 1988 are those of a 17-year-old woman reported missing three years prior, authorities said. Philadelphia's Lisa Todd was reported missing in October 1985. Three years later, remains were found in a well that used to be the Publicker Distillery along State Road in Bensalem, police confirmed.
