Driver Charged After Hit-Run In Delaware County: Police Police arrested a man in Philadelphia on Sunday, May 5 following a hit-and-run crash in Yeadon, according to authorities.  Officials said William F. Butler rear-ended a car at a red light on Church Lane near the intersection with Whitby Avenue. The collision sent the struck car forward into the back of another vehicle, authorities said.  Police claim Butler fled the scene.
