Toddler Rescued From Schuylkill County Blaze: Authorities
An 18-month-old is hospitalized but safe after being pulled from a burning home by a police officer on Friday, Dec. 22, according to authorities. Multiple fire departments were called to a blaze with entrapment at 260 Indiana Avenue in Shenandoah Heights just before noon, state police said in a release. Shenandoah Borough Police Officer Mark Hysock responded to the scene and went inside the burning home, heading for the third floor, troopers said.
