Philly Native Anthony Tartaglia, 48, Survived By High School Sweetheart Anthony Tartaglia, of Franklinville, died peacefully on Friday, March 15, with his family by his side, according to an obituary published by Farnelli Funeral Home. He was 48 years old. Originally from Philadelphia, Anthony grew up in South Philadelphia. After graduation, he joined the Navy and was stationed in San Diego, his obituary said. "Having married his high school sweetheart, he and his wife lived in San Diego, Glassboro, Woodbury, and Franklinville before settling there to raise their family," his obituary said. West Chester Man Accused Of Sexual Assault On Airplane, Feds Say A West Chester man faces federal charges after prosecutors say he sexually assaulted a girl on a cross-country flight last year.  Edward Decker, 45, was charged by indictment with two counts of abusive sexual contact on an aircraft, said the US Attorney's Office in a release.  The July 2022 American Airlines flight took off from San Diego and was bound for Philadelphia, authorities said.
