Carnival Run By Sex Offender Has Pennsylvania State Police Searching For New Victims
A registered sex offender — who only abused children — secretly ran a carnival business in Pennsylvania and state police fear he may have new victims according to a release on Feb. 8. Richard Lee Ridley was convicted of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child in 1993 and 2006, as well as open lewdness in 2020 and harassment in 2023, according to the Pennsylvania State Police Megan's Law Sexual Offender Registry and court records.
