Chef Arrested In Montco's Bar Lucca Stabbing: Police The chef at a Montgomery County bar has been arrested in a stabbing that sent another employee to the hospital on Saturday, Nov. 11, police said. The Bar Lucca chef was arrested a block from the restaurant in the late afternoon hours, and a knife was recovered, Whitemarsh Police Chief Christopher Ward tells Daily Voice.
