A Chatham, Massachusetts man will spend the rest of his life in a Pennsylvania prison, prosecutors say. Thadius W. McGrath, 37, was convicted of the 2022 murder of Samantha Jean Rementer on Tuesday, April 16, said the Bucks County District Attorney's Office in a release. The 40-year-old man was shot dead by Northampton Township police on Sunday night, the Bucks County Coroner's Office says. Mark Chambers died from multiple gunshot wounds, Coroner Meredith Buck said in a release on Nov. 6. Officials in Bucks County say they are investigating the source of a loud explosion heard in Northampton Township over the weekend. Emergency dispatchers received at least 75 calls after the sound was heard around 10:30 p.m. on Saturday night, Sept. 16, said the District Attorney's Office. A Bucks County man was found dead in his car at a Lehigh County shopping center Saturday night, authorities said. Micah L. Bielucki, 50, of Northampton Township, was pronounced dead at 7:58 p.m. in his car parked in the 700 Block of North Krocks Road in Lower Macungie Township, the Lehigh County coroner’s office said.
