Details Sought In Chesco Man's 2010 Cold Case Killing
More than a decade after his death, police are reinvestigating the Chester County murder of Thomas E. Ferguson. The 43-year-old was shot dead in the Borough on Modena on Oct. 5, 2010, at about 9:30 p.m., according to a release from the Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers. Authorities believe Ferguson was being robbed at gunpoint when his assailant shot him near the intersection of Modena Road and Union Street.
