IDs Of PSP Troopers Killed, Wounded, Gunman Released A 29-year-old Pennsylvania State Police trooper was shot and killed and a 45-year-old trooper was seriously injured by a gunman during a manhunt over the weekend in Juanita County. Jacques Rougeau Jr. was fatally wounded while Lt. James A. Wagner was injured in a separated encounter with the same shooter on Saturday, June 17 in Mifflintown, PSP said.
