More Than $8 Million In Fentanyl Seized By DEA In Philadelphia: Authorities A Philadelphia man is accused of selling fentanyl and heroin in Berks County, the District Attorney's Office said Wednesday, May 1.  Ramon Alberto Jimenez-Merejildo was arrested on Perkiomen Avenue in Exeter on Tuesday, April 30, according to prosecutors.  Authorities said Jimenez-Merejildo was selling fentanyl in Philadelphia and also "transporting large amounts" to Berks for distribution. Teen Killed In Philly Shooting A 19-year-old is dead after being shot on a Northeast Philadelphia street on Sunday evening, city police told Daily Voice.  It happened on the 6600 block of Bustleton Avenue in Castor Gardens, the department said.  Police were called to the scene around 6:30 p.m. and found the victim, Kairo Lessa-Neves of Mayfair, with a single gunshot wound to the head, they said.
