Woman Punches Pennsylvania State Police Trooper: Affidavit A 54-year-old woman has been charged after she punched a trooper, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Thursday, Feb. 29.  Tiffany Anne Mercer recent of Gap but previously of Bowmansville, Landisville, and Lancaster, punched a trooper on Dogwood Lane in Salisbury Township around 7:18 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 27, according to the PA State Police release.  Troopers Michael Artale and Zachary Cianflone had been called to the Crestwood Mobile Home Park for a report of a domestic disturbance. 'Check The Ditches,' PA Attacker Texts Brother Of Victim Found By Morning Jogger: Report A Lancaster man has been accused of beating a woman then leaving her in a ditch and texting her brother telling him to "check the ditches and the hospital," Lancaster Online reports citing Pennsylvania state police. Frank Ali Doman II, 48, of Lancaster, struck the victim multiple times in his car between 1 and 2 a.m. Sunday, April 24, the outlet says citing police and court papers.
