Wanted: PA Man Who Used Facebook To Solicit Sex From Child, Police Say A man who used Facebook to try and get nudes and met for sex acts with a child is sought by Lower Southampton police. Lawrence W. Kramer is accused of soliciting explicit pictures and sex acts from a 13-year-old child through Facebook in November, the department detailed in the release.  He initially cooperated with investigators but disappeared after a warrant was issued for his arrest, police explained.
