91-Year-Old ID'd After Deadly Rt. 222 Crash In Lower Macungie (Updated) Officials have named the 91-year-old man killed in a Lower Macungie crash on Monday afternoon, Jan. 22.  John H. Milliman was a passenger in a BMW headed north on Route 222 around 10:40 a.m., according to state police. The BMW was struck by a tractor-trailer when it turned left onto Kressler Road, rotating 90 degrees and coming to rest near the center median, troopers said.  Milliman, of North Whitehall, was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest where he died from multiple blunt force injuries a few hours later, the Coroner's Office said.
