US Marshals Nab Gunman In Killing Of Innocent Norristown Man Eating Thanksgiving Dinner
Members of the US Marshals office arrested 25-year-old Kevon Clarke on first degree murder charges in the shooting death of a 25-year-old man struck and killed by a stray bullet while eating Thanksgiving dinner when he was struck by a stray bullet, authorities said. Clarke was arrested without incident in Philadelphia at approximately 11 a.m. Monday, in the Nov. 25 Arch Street death of Miguel Palaez Moctezuma, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. A 25-year-old Norristown man was struck and killed by a stray bullet that came through his window while eating Thanksgiving Dinner in his home, authorities in suburban Philadelphia. Edilberto Miguel Palaez Moctezuma was eating in an Arch Street home in Norristown when he was shot by Kevon Clarke, 19, who was wanted Friday on murder charges, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R.
