Anthony Tartaglia, of Franklinville, died peacefully on Friday, March 15, with his family by his side, according to an obituary published by Farnelli Funeral Home. He was 48 years old. Originally from Philadelphia, Anthony grew up in South Philadelphia. After graduation, he joined the Navy and was stationed in San Diego, his obituary said. A hunter who mistakenly killed a Pennsylvania family's dog thinking he was a coyote will not face charges, state officials tell the Philadelphia Inquirer. The bludgeoned body of a missing South Jersey hunter was found on a Boy Scout reservation on Wednesday night, authorities said.
