COVID Vaccine Eligibility In Pennsylvania Expands To 16 And Older In April Authorities on Wednesday announced that Pennsylvanians 16 and older will be able to get the COVID-19 vaccine towards the end of April. The state is speeding up its inoculation efforts by expanding the rollout in phases.
