The incident unfolded on Sept. 18  around 5 p.m. when a manager at the Cottman Avenue store instructed a cashier to close the store to customers due to a staffing shortage.  The cashier told the waiting customers they had to order their food online. PA Schools To Receive $2.2 Billion In Covid-19 Stimulus Aid Pennsylvania has allocated $2.2 billion in federal stimulus funds to K-12 school districts and charter schools affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, officials announced.
