Roxborough Shooting Suspect Jumped From 4th Floor Window Before Arrest: Marshals More than a year after the shooting that killed a 14-year-old boy outside Roxborough High School, the fifth known suspect has been captured.  Dayron Burney-Thorn, 17, was arrested by US Marshals in Germantown after leaping from a fourth-story window on Monday afternoon, Oct. 23, authorities said in a release.  He was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
