Breon Cobb-Cooper, 23, was apprehended on Tuesday in the area of 300 East Marshall Street in West Chester, according to Chester City police. Cobb-Cooper had been wanted for an incident on Sept. 16 in which he is accused of firing shots in the parking lot of Chester Shop & Save on West 9th Street.
