A Jamaican man with an expired visa, has been on the run since he was accused of fatally shooting a man in Florida, and now he has been arrested in Pennsylvania, authorities announced on Tuesday, March 5.
Danitto Simpson, 25, along with one of the owners of Smoking Stars, Shelly Omarie Duberry 38, were arrested during warranted searches by Pittsburgh Police, with the assistance of Allegheny County Police.
