Suspected Florida Killer, Pregnant GF Beater; Caught In Pennsylvania: Police A Jamaican man with an expired visa, has been on the run since he was accused of fatally shooting a man in Florida, and now he has been arrested in Pennsylvania, authorities announced on Tuesday, March 5.  Danitto Simpson, 25, along with one of the owners of Smoking Stars, Shelly Omarie Duberry 38, were arrested during warranted searches by Pittsburgh Police, with the assistance of Allegheny County Police. Former NJ Firefighter John Franks Dies, 39 Hunterdon County native and former Frenchtown firefighter John Franks died Nov. 24 at the age of 39. Born in Raritan Township, Franks graduated from Delaware Valley Regional High School, his obituary says. He later attended the American Motorcycle Institute (AMI) in Daytona Beach, FL, where he specialized in Ducati motorcycle repair, his memorial says. Franks then worked at Michael Andretti Powersports in Phillipsburg and Flemington Yamaha before becoming an automotive tire technician at BJ’s Wholesale in Flemington.
